Relationship Manager - Branch Sales
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES :
1. Responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships with clients.
2. Will be responsible for primarily selling Equity based investment products.
3. Responsible for identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment options.
4. Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
5. Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as an when required.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE :
1. Graduate / Post graduate with 1 – 3 yrs exp in direct selling of financial products from any financial services industry.
2. Should have good communication & presentation skills.
3. May have good existing client relationships in the market.
4. Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.
5. Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.

Designation :- Senior Executive/ Officer/ Assistant Manager
1) Principal Accountabilities :
Handle High Net worth Customers
Revenue generation through Broking and Subscription plans
Cross selling of Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, General Insurance, NCDs & Corporate Bonds to High Net worth Customers
2) Technical /Specialist Certification/Experience :
NISM VIII, NISM V & IRDA certification are mandatory
Prior experience of working in a similar set up preferred.
Should be willing to work in a target driven role & should be a go getter
3) Skills and Knowledge :
Good communication skills and market knowledge
Graduate / Post graduate with at-least 2 years of experience as a trader/dealer/advisor in a broking company.
