Relationship Manager - Branch Sales

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES :

  • 1. Responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships with clients.
  • 2. Will be responsible for primarily selling Equity based investment products.
  • 3. Responsible for identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment options.
  • 4. Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
  • 5. Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as an when required.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE :

  • 1. Graduate / Post graduate with 1 – 3 yrs exp in direct selling of financial products from any financial services industry.
  • 2. Should have good communication & presentation skills.
  • 3. May have good existing client relationships in the market.
  • 4. Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.
  • 5. Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.

Equity Advisor

Designation :- Senior Executive/ Officer/ Assistant Manager

1) Principal Accountabilities :

  • Handle High Net worth Customers
  • Revenue generation through Broking and Subscription plans
  • Cross selling of Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, General Insurance, NCDs & Corporate Bonds to High Net worth Customers

2) Technical /Specialist Certification/Experience :

  • NISM VIII, NISM V & IRDA certification are mandatory
  • Prior experience of working in a similar set up preferred.
  • Should be willing to work in a target driven role & should be a go getter

3) Skills and Knowledge :

  • Good communication skills and market knowledge
  • Graduate / Post graduate with at-least 2 years of experience as a trader/dealer/advisor in a broking company.
